郭敬功，副教授，硕士生导师，河南省教育厅学术带头人。2001年至2008年在河南大学生命科学学院学习，分别获得工学学士学位（生物工程）和理学硕士学位（细胞生物学），2008年留学校工作，2014-2018年在河南大学植物逆境生物学教育部重点实验室攻读博士，2018年获得理学博士学位。先后主持国家自然科学基金2项，河南省教育厅科学技术研究重点项目2项，参与国家自然基金项目2项目，省部级项目多项，发布研究论文30余篇。曾任河南大学生命科学学院工会副主席、棉花生物学国家重点实验室副主任，现任河南大学三亚研究院副院长。
