苗雨晨,博士,博士生导师,二级教授。

19942002年分别获河南大学学士和硕士学位,2005年于中国农业大学获博士学位。2008.12-2011.11在美国能源部布鲁克海文(Brookhaven)国家实验室从事博士后研究。入选“国家百千万人才工程”和“国家有突出贡献中青年专家”(2019年),享受国务院特殊津贴专家(2020);先后被授予河南省学术技术带头人(2008)、第九批河南省优秀专家、中原千人计划基础研究领军人才(2018)、河南省高层次人才(B类)(2020年);被聘为河南省特聘教授(2014)、河南省植物学会第八届理事会副理事长。组建了“水分胁迫与植物次生代谢调控”河南省高校科技创新团队,现为河南省作物逆境多组学国际联合实验室主任。

主要研究内容:

1、植物氧化还原信号转导的分子机制

围绕植物逆境生物学这一前沿领域,系统探讨了植物应答干旱胁迫的细胞及分子机理,确立了H2O2ABA信号转导途径中新的信号分子,发现拟南芥谷胱甘肽还原酶(GPX3)具有清除和感受H2O2的双重功能。通过系统的遗传分析,结合基因组学和蛋白质组学,发现GPX7响应强光,通过与HCF244相互作用,参与维持光合反应中心组分的稳定性,从而调控拟南芥应答强光胁迫的分子机制。

2、植物次生代谢调控与逆境胁迫应答

次生代谢是植物长期适应环境变化而产生的,在植物生长发育与环境适应中起着重要作用。以模式植物和棉花为材料,着重以下几方面的研究:(1)开展苯丙烷类代谢类物质代谢和环境胁迫的关系,主要代谢物质和逆境胁迫信号转导的相互交联(cross-talk)。(2)利用基因组学、生物化学及遗传学手段阐明苯丙烷类和类胡萝卜素等次生代谢物质在逆境反应中的功能、作用对象及机制。
