阚云超教授

阚云超,男,1974年出生,毕业于浙江大学,获农学博士学位。教授,博士生导师。现任河南大学副校长;河南省伏牛山昆虫生物学重点实验室主任;南阳师范学院中英联合昆虫生物学实验室主任;河南省昆虫生物反应器工程实验室主任。河南省学术技术带头人,河南省高校科技创新人才,河南省劳动模范。

主要从事昆虫生化与分子生物学及昆虫生物反应器下游产品研发工作。以鳞翅目模式昆虫家蚕为研究对象,从RNA水平上研究非编码RNA调控昆虫发育的分子机制;阐明家蚕嗅觉产生的分子基础,揭示鳞翅目昆虫化学通信的分子机制;开展昆虫性别发育分子机理研究,为雌雄自动分选系统培育、昆虫不育技术研究以及环境友好型生物防控奠定基础。同时,以昆虫基因组遗传操作及昆虫生物反应器为技术平台,开发动物重要传染病的预防、诊断和治疗性生物制品。在国际上首次证实了瘟病毒HHobi样瘟病毒)能够自然感染山羊和绵羊,并对致病毒株进行了分离和全基因组测序。在下游工程酶创制方面,利用基因组挖矿技术分别获得了催化活性较高的扁桃酸消旋酶和D-扁桃酸脱氢酶,借助多基因表达和全细胞催化技术,实现了以廉价的D,L-扁桃酸到高值的苯乙酮酸的规模化生物合成。

主持完成国家自然科学基金4项,培养硕博士研究生30余名。
